The law on workplace pensions has changed. Auto Enrolment is a government initiative aimed at helping more people save for their retirement with a pension scheme. Between now and 2018, all employers in the UK will be required to have a suitable workplace pension scheme in place for qualifying employees. Auto Enrolment affects all businesses with employees, regardless of the size of your company. You’ll need to make sure you and your business are ready to comply with the new Auto Enrolment rules.
